Annual membership £95 or £8.50 monthly Direct Debit

Our Wednesday and Sunday sessions are fully open:

Wednesday 7pm - coached sessions to improve speed, stamina and strength

 

Sundays 9:30am - longer runs focused on endurance

We also run optional yoga for runners classes on Wednesdays and Pilates on Thursdays to help with mobility and core strength (additional fees)​
